Party FAQ's

How do I schedule a Boomerangs party?
It's easy, you can do it one of three ways: stop by the store, reserve a date online, or call us. Find your nearest location here.

Do you have private party rooms?
Yes we do. Every party has its own private party room.

How far in advance should I book my party and how do I book a party?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To get the date and time you want, it is advisable to call 2 months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot.

You can make a party reservation here or you can call us to discuss your needs so we can help you choose the perfect party plan. We require that you pay a $100 deposit at the time of booking or $50 deposit for the Jolly Jumpers party (8 people). Balance will be due 72 hours before party. A party coordinator will call you 72 hours before the day of your party to make arrangements for any extras you purchase such as pizza or goodie bags. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash. No checks please.

How many guests can I invite?
You may invite up to 8 guests for our Jolly Jumpers party, 16 guests if you are having a Flippin' Frogs Party, 24 guests if you are having a Happy Hoppers Party or 36 guests if you are having a Boomer Big Bounce party. We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.

Our single party rooms serve up to 18 kids, and adults to help serve cake & drinks. For parties that serve up to 24 or 36 people and we'll give you access to two party rooms. Other adults are welcome to wait or hang out in our Parents Lounge where they can surf the Internet, watch sports or news, or just talk with other adults.

What if I am just over my party limit? (eg. you've paid for 16 children, and 18 children show up)
A total of 3 additional children can be added for a cost of $10 each. If there are more, you might consider reserving a larger party package. We can expand the rooms to accommodate larger groups, but in order to maintain staff-to-child ratios (for safety sake) we need to be prepared.

Is there an additional charge for parents, and/or caregivers?
There is no additional charge for parents or care-givers.

What if I have to cancel or re-schedule my party? 

If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your party date, we will issue the $100 deposit ($50 for Jolly Jumper) back to you on a Boomerangs Gift Card, good toward any product or service at Boomerangs.

If you need to re-schedule your party within 14 days of your existing reservation, we will transfer your existing deposit to the new reservation.  If there isn't a date that meets your needs, we will issue the $100 deposit ($50 for Jolly Jumper) back to you on a Boomerangs Gift Card to be used for any Boomerangs good or service.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
Guests, including the party family, should arrive no more than 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled party time.

Do we need a final headcount?
Yes, We will need a final head count 72 hours prior to the party, a party coordinator will call to confirm. We do this so we can make any necessary adjustments to the packages. If you feel you need extra food or balloons once you get to Boomerangs we can add this to your invoice.

How about decorations?
You can bring in decorations for your party, but please make sure you can take home any decorations that you bring in. We often have other parties scheduled after yours. Please do not bring in silly string or confetti.

Do you have balloons?
Yes we do. You can purchase them as part of your party package and they will be ready when you arrive. They are also available at our concession stand.

What should kids wear?
SOCKS are required for guest safety and enjoyment to play on the inflatables and they are available for purchase in case someone forgets. We suggest party Moms bring extra socks with them in case someone forgets to bring some. Long sleeves are recommended. Clothes with zippers or hooks (other than at the waist) are not allowed as they may scratch the inflatables. Nylon type pants make the kids go extra fast down the slides.

Can Parents play on the inflatables?
Parents are asked to help ensure their children follow the safety rules on the inflatables. If children are in need, parents can help their children on the inflatables but in order to ensure the safety of the children and a fun environment, we discourage parents from playing on the inflatables with children. We restrict use to children 14 years of age and under.

Our number one safety rule is "ONE AT A TIME" and this means that everyone must go one at a time down the slides. No trains and no holding on laps or holding hands.

Are all inflatables safe for babies?
No, but at Boomerangs we have a Toddler's section specifically for our younger guests.

Also, parents please closely monitor your young children while at Boomerangs and make sure they are not on inflatables with older kids. It is not safe for anyone to hold another person while going down slides and is against Boomerangs safety rules.

Who is allowed to enter Boomerangs?
Boomerangs is designed for children ages 1 to 14 years old, infants are welcome and are FREE. No child of any age is allowed to enter unless accompanied by an adult. No adults can enter unless they are with children.

Will there be a staff member to help with the kids in the play area?
Yes, there are Boomerangs staff members in the play area to help supervise the safe play of the kids.

Will there be a staff member to help with the party?
You will be assigned a party coordinator to greet you when you arrive at Boomerangs for your party and to help you with setup and serving. When the party is over, we do all the cleaning up for you.

Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, family members aged 17 years or younger may be included on the same waiver. Additional waivers are available here.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the play arena(s)?
Yes, after the party is over, each party guest can stay for however long they'd like.

Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up the party room just the way you want it and clean up afterwards.

Are the inflatables cleaned?
The inflatables are cleaned with Swisher hygiene solution every two weeks, Swisher is a leader in their industry, eliminating germs from all surfaces.


Birthday Food Policy

Can I bring in my own food? 
You can always bring your own cake, but other outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Who serves the food?
If you order food as part of your party package, the food will be in the party rooms when you arrive. Your room will be setup with paper goods as well as with the gifts that your guests bring. There will be an on-site host that will assist in serving the food, we will clean up when the party is over. If you bring your own cake, don't forget the candles (these are available for purchase if you forget).

When do I put my food order in?
We need a final head count 72 hours prior to your party in order to make sure we have it there on time. If you need to make adjustments after the final count, we will do everything we can to make sure it gets to your room on time. Just be aware that the timing of delivery may be delayed a little.

When should I order goodie bags, balloons, & other options?
We'll call you 72 hours prior to your party to confirm your guest count. At that time, you'll have an opportunity to order pizza, beverages, goodie bags, balloons, and other party options if you haven't already.

How many slices are in a pizza?
There are 10 slices in a large pizza.

What is the price of pizzas?
Large cheese pizza is $14.99, Large pepperoni is $14.99

Do you have Ice Cream?
Yes, we have Ice Cream. Place your order when making your reservation.
